Hi,

I would recommend Colorado Rail Annual #9. It has an article "Tin Feathers and Gasoline Fumes" all about the Galloping Geeses. A quick review of the dimensions show that 3, 4, and 5 were more nearly the same. 7 was larger. No two geese weighed the same.

I think this article was reprinted as a separate book with additional photos but I am not sure.

Also, the "trailer" you are referring to is called the express body in the book. Goose 2 has an express body but only two trucks.
