RGS Goose trailers.

We have all seen many pix of the geese after conversion to "tourist configuration", ie windows in the side of the trailers. Pictures before this modification are a bit harder to come by. My question is how do the dimensions of the trailers of 3, 4, 5 and 7 compare? Are they close, exactly the same or wildly dissimilar? Did 3, 4, and 5 have side doors like 7 does? Was the rear door and step in place before the side windows were added? Any place to go and research this type if info?
