Carlos,
Did he take them back to Cumbres or down the Osier Road to Conejos? If the latter, how did they get back to Chama if the road was closed (or was it open for emergency vehicles only?).

Channel 13 has the full video of their press conference in Chama and this mornings ABQ Journal mentions that they stayed at the Osier stop on the RR.
