Since this thread has surfaced I might as well post that I now have available some more information about #400:
Caboose #1 renumbered to #400 12-7-46 [I don't know if this the actual date or the "paper" date.]
#400 was vacated (retired) September, 1949, and then "broken up" at Owenyo 11-8-49
