It depends on whose plans you're asking about!

The consensus is in your favor, however, the minority owns the equipment and ultimately it's his decision. At the very least, you can expect it to improve in time. Phil tries the best he can but can only persuade so much. The Harpur is in line for a complete mechanical and cosmetic overhaul, which will at least give it a more respectable 19th century appearance.

And if we could just get a nice little Pyle National number for this 'lil hoss...


(If it were my say, I'd 86 the drawbar pilot, red, brass, and whitewalls in favor of black, a boiler tube pilot, and a 'can' headlight -- with a K2 dynamo behind it w/the exhaust running up the stack. Oh well...)
