San Juan Express?

I have read the post where someone thought to build the line between Durango and Chama and that really got me to thinking. To see something like that would be wonderful. Just think of the ridership that would generate. Couple questions though, would the to railroad play nice or would we see a ol' right-of-way battle to see who can claim the most line.If the lines got together and having two shops with the skills joined would make a powerful hostoric line.
Until then I have this No.2 pencil in my hand to creat the wonderful views of the good ol' days of the San Juan Express!
