You are correct. The M&NF #11 left Clearfield, Ky in 1964 and was used on the Everrett Railroad until 1973 or 1974. It sat for years at the Williamsgrove Speedway in Dillsburg, Pa and was recently (2002) moved to the Depot in Everrett, PA. It has been painted and touched up so it looks somewhat presentable. There are lots of parts missing.
It has the unique builders number from Baldwin 33333 and the Pensylvania Railroad Museum in Strasburg, PA has builders photos of it in their collection.
Mr. Maples #11 is not the same. I do look foward to seeing it someday under steam as Mr. Maples and I are friends.
