Photo at bottom 11/22

Yea, finally a D&RGW NG at the bottom photo. I wanna say it's the Chilli line because of the polka dotted landscape. But I thought that train had only an RPO and a coach with an extended window (outwards for the crew to inspect the train ahead). The photo reveals something that may be that window, and probably marker lamps, which would make it an abreaviated San Juan, or the chilli run. I heard that the San Juan ran To Silverton for a while, but don't have a clue what the consist looked like. Anybody know the location of the photo?

Without A DPL photo ref.#, I don't know how to find out for sure without asking.
