4. The Objective: Remove siding. Survey Car to determine sill work required. Place orders for materials to complete sill work
and car residing. Finish interior work started by Laura Evans. Repair sill as needed. Fabricate and install sill reinforcement.
Start siding install as time allows.

5. The work: B - 70% of siding remove.

C - Siding removal completed, damaged car steps repaired

D - Survey completed by Art Randall, Don Bayer, Marvin Casias, and Jim OKeefe. Survey report completed and material
order for sill reinforcement steel prepared.

E - Interior Painting 70% completed, oil cloth made to cover table, Wood and steel deliveries secured in the building,
½” X 6” steel cut to length, one short reinforcement section fabricated

F - All interior painting except the floor completed, original cabinet/draw/door hardware reinstalled, 50% of the
false floor removed, one sill repair splice fabricated and installed. Steel reinforcement fabrication continued – one
long section 90% complete and drilling of other sections continued.

6. Project Status: The project is far from complete I at the current rate I would expect completion in three to four years.
If crews of 5 to 6 can be provided each work session this estimate can be revised.

Work will continue on the sill repairs and reinforcement. As the outer sill on each side if completed, siding of that side can proceed.
