Yes the Doe River Gorge is operational for the public on certain summer Saturdays and occasional Sunday afternoons (we just had some Fall foliage trips last Sunday). We have 1.3 miles of track operational for the train (including the two tunnels), and another mile for speeders only. There is another 1/4 mile that is available, crossing two bridges and another tunnel, but it will take big $$$ to restore them!
