C&S #9 whats up????

It has been quite a while since the #9 was sent to Strasburg and the tender to Antonito. Has anyone hear any news or is there only more rumors as to what will happen?
The clock is ticking on the present operators will be leaving in a little over 3 months. If the CHS is serious about getting the Loop operating next year, the locomotive rebuilding projects should be well along by now?
IMHO the CHS is going to find out soon that they are messing up the economy of Georgetown and Silver Plume and the income that they had coming in on the Loop. Have any serious operators made a offer for a RFP?
Just wondering, Inquiring minds want to know?
