We are looking to have a new smokebox door made via metal spinning. The tooling is the most expensive part of the process, plus the cost per door drops with higher production numbers.
Since this seems to be a standard Baldwin part, is anyone else in need of replacing the door on their pride and joy? If so, let me know. The price per door is dependent on the number of actual orders. This would be for the bare door, made of 5/16" thick mild steel. No hinges, no dogs, no number plate.
