So will his friends. I have known Bill for over 35 years and worked with him in the past. I was on the train that day and I took no exceptions regarding his skills, especially since the locomotive was just out of the shop and still had many little "quirks" that needed working out. This was also the first time Bill had operated the locomotive since it came out of the shop and he was adjusting to those "quirks". Not everyone is perfect in every situation every time.

In my business, I don't base my judgement on stories or hearsay, just facts and experience.
