That must have been just before the refinery shut down, John -

Otherwise there would have been no need to send all those tank cars at the front of the train back to Chama for another load of GRAMPS Chromo Crude. Or maybe they got to Chama but never got loaded, and then got sent east again – empty – to be sold off or scrapped, as is possibly the case in your photo at [chasingtrains.smugmug.com].
