37th NNGC - Items from the Convention

I thought that I would try to get some photos of what I was doing for the NNGC this year. So I'll use this post to keep the updates coming on my SmugMug site.

Here is day 1: 37th NNGC - Day 1

When I got down there at 11:30, things will still in setup. A lot of folks getting their registration packets, looking over data for the duration of the convention. I did take a quick spin around to see what was going on. I couldn't get in the vendor room (wasn't open yet). I did get my building in and looked over a few of the models being registered. Boy....talk about some talent. I'll try to get some pictures of of the contest room tomorrow and post when I get home.

I did get to one tour before I had to run back up to Fort Collins. It was an HOn3 layout that was very nice. A great layout in a small amount of space. Lots and lots of small details.
