3D printing foundary patterns is routine business these days. If it's functioning, then you just need to get someone to quote it. It won't be good for more than a handful, but that may be all you need. The hangup, however, is that you have to have the 3D print done in the actual pattern pieces, which is frequently halved along the parting line of the cope & drag. Find a foundary, consult with them and find out how they would want the pattern formed.
