Front number plates

I need some dimensions on front number plates of the K series locomotives. What I have is that the number plates are about 18 3/4 inches by 10 1/2 inches. What I need is the size of the semi-circle, height & width, round trim affixed to the perimeter of the plate, and the interior dimensions between the 1/2 round trim. Also, the size of the numbers that reside on the front of the plate.
