folks,
I was reading my old issues of Iron Horse News and saw the comment that the D&RG Coach 4 ren Business Car K and ren B-8; built by Jackson & Sharp in 1872 is the oldest narrow gauge passenger car.
I had thought that the Eureka & Palisade car at Boulder City Nevada was built in 1872; but that one was built in 1875.
So does the B-8 hold the claim to be the oldest passenger car?
It also ran on the Unitah Railway; as it can also be one of two Unitah passenger cars. Both of them are at Colorado Railroad Museum.
