Charlie. You can still copy it, As a daily newspaper, the Daily Times, does own the copyright, but if it is a news article and it's no longer available to the general public thru its own holdings, you can make it available to the public, But you must give it credit and copyright. Once published, the first time, they have put it into the public as news, they can't take it back and restrict its use or distribution , but they need to be credited as the source and copyright holder.

COPY AWAY... Please! I would like to read the article.

BTW: we've met numerous times, while working in Farmington.
