#4 at Silverplume?

Earlier today a photo showed up in the "Abandoned Rails" group on facebook about a locomotive in Silverplume in the display building. It's #4 and looks like maybe a 2-8-0. Photographer was Shae Din. He said he believed it was a 2-8-0 but unsure of heritage. I've tried to search for it here but didn't find anything. I'm sure someone on here knows exactly what it is and where it came from and probably how many rivets is has! Thanks!
