For us fans of the C&TS, Ernie & Joe's book is "The Foamers' Bible". I thought it was out-of-print, but per Dave Grandt's post (below), it's available from The Friends. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
Since both Ernie and his original publisher R.Robb gave me permission several years ago to scan photos from the book, and Ernie has given me permission to post his photos here on the NGDF, here is a scan of just one of the many excellent maps in this MUST-HAVE book as an enticement to purchase a copy if you don't already have one
