Thanks for the very nice video clip. It's been so long that I have almost forgotten the stuff we shot in 1997. I remember shooting a little town with a wig-wag, but I thought there were a couple of buildings, but maybe it was this spot. I know Les and I were in one vehicle and we would split up after station stops, and get two shots, regroup and move on. We did scouting first. I believe we had more shots than we could use in the final show from this area since we had all the onboard footage as well.
Thanks for the info. Wig-wags are rare too, for sure!

PS In a video I released last fall "N&W 611 The Early Years" I had a shot on film(1983) of a wig-way 15 miles from here on the Norfolk and Western(Now NS of course). Anyway it was a rare triple wig-wag, with three pieces moving at once for a three-way intersection. I got the 611 on a one-way freight, then two weeks later when the excursion ran through here I went to get that shot and there was a new signal there!!!
Just goes to show, you should not put-off doing something! Glad I got the one scene with 611 now!
