Surviving Newfoundland Railway

I did not know this existed until this morning.. A stretch of Newfoundland Railway track remains in place in Trinity on the Bonavista Peninsula. The track and trains were actually used for rides until 2004. Some of the track appears to be washed out. I wonder if this can be restored to operation?
