If I were to hazzard a guess a couple things might have happened here:
1) she was pushing a plow it met resistance and she rolled. This happened a couple of times to the V&T in deeper snow years.
or
2) she hit ice in a curve , maybe a wye or a balloon loop and rode up and over an embankment.
