Looks like a farmers answer to all the problems

The railroad put together a great way to keep the tracks clear so they didn't have to double head the hill to Cumbres. Kind of looked like a farmers fix-it ticket, my father use to use wire to fix anything that was dangling from the truck, so here is another good use for wire.
The nosel with steam action really worked and was mounted on the front of the locomotive to blow the catapillers off the track.
