Bob,
Scared me when you posted about the sale of the Creede branch. Thought it was new news.
I have ridden Don's "Creede Cannonball" It is a converted MOW piece of equipment (tamper?) It is a delightful ride, very affordable and you get to see an area not usually visited. On the return trip to South Fork Don stops at the campground and everyone unloads for ice cream. No pressure, 2 odd hour ride and great history narrative from Don and crew.
