The official notice of the next RR Commission meeting, July 19th., in Chama lists two agenda items that should cause some questions and perhaps some concerns.

Item: #10B "Approval of trade of cars to the Jicarilla Apache indian Tribe.

Item: #11D "Approval of trade/sale of used engines.

Why do I have that feeling so well portrayed in old Westerns...of the single rider going through a box canyon, and he can just feel there is a sniper out there, but can't see him? CUE the 'sinister' music in the background. Hmmm!
