1983 C&TS Rotary trip help

Looking for information on the May 1983 rotary trip. Any info on the three crews (OY, 487, and 488), conductor, and any one else who worked on the trip. Was this an excursion put on by the railroad, or was it sponsored by a private party?

Also, was anyone on this board there for this trip, do you have any pictures you can share? I was 11 months old at the time.
