D&RGW Telegraphone Booths

During the 1920's, 30's, and 40's, the D&RGW had 9 telegraphone booths between Antonito and Chama. Eight of them, all except Lava Tank, are still standing. Their locations were/are as follows:
MP 290.8 - Lava Tank
MP 296.1 - Big Horn
MP 310.5 - Toltec Siding
MP 311.2 - Mud Tunnel
MP 314.7 - Rock Tunnel
MP 322.9 - Los Pinos East
MP 327.6 - Cumbres Creek
MP 322.8 - Coxo
MP 335.1 - Cresco
Can someone tell me, please, when each of those booths first showed up on the employee timetables and when they went out of service? Also, do the old timetables show telegraphones at any other locations between Antonito and Chama?
