On the inside cover of my AUgust 2001 Trains, Sunday River advertises several Colorado narrow gauge videos.
ACT-Across the Top implies that it covers the C&S in Clear Creek Canyon and the last C&S narrow gauge train from Leadville to Denver. Has anyone seen this video and is it worthwhile?
460-Silverton in snow, Rotaries on Cumbres implies it also has Monarch operations with 489 in s blizzard. Again - any opinions?
484 - The Complete Cumbres. This apears to be the first year of operation of the volunteers (before an operator) of the C&TS. Opinions? Does it also cover the parts that were eventualy scrapped (Durango, Chama, Farmington)? Are there any videos out there covering the last year of operation by D&RGW through the first coupe of years of C&TS?
RGS 120 - opinions?
So this does not seem to be slanted towards Sunday River, are there any other vidios (Green Frog, Scholl, etc) that you might recommend? I'm interested in Black Canyon, Farmington Branch, and RGS right now.
Thanks in advance.
