Thanks to the following website [drgw.free.fr] and other sources, I think the following is fairly accurate:

WP&Y 90 class use GECHM842 (GE Canada?)
WP&Y 101 class use GE764B1
WP&Y 114 and USG 110-113 use GE764PC2

Information suggests that the 761 traction motor is capable of meter gauge but not smaller. The 764 is the 761 narrowed further for 36" gauge (axle mount) - that 3-3/8" makes a big difference.

It looks like the three C+C US Potash 70T probably used the GE747.
