Bad news.
CSRM's Baldwin information all came from the DeGolyer, sone what is true for one is probably true for both.
The Baldwin records from 1869 to 1912 are apparently 100% complete.
From 1912 to 1938 the records are there, but unorganized. I was able to find work orders from 1914 with a bit of work.
From 1938 to 1941 the records are like swiss cheese. I found less than a dozen entries for 1938 to 1941 and I couldn't read most of them due to bad coping by the library.
Nothing past 1941.
So while I found the entry for the first 3' gauge engine Baldwin built ("8 1/2-C-2", in 1871 for D&RG) but nothing in the "modern" steam era.
