Sorry for the delay in getting these posted-trying to get along with 4 compressed disks in the lower back-and not doing a very good job of it.

Replace Steam Plant & Pump Station $2586.05
Construct Frame Pump House: 8'2"x8'2"x8',
512 Cubic feet.
Foundation-5"x10" fir blocking.
Walls-1" sheating on both sides of 2"x6"studs
at 30" ctrs.
Ceiling-1" sheating on 2"x4" joists.
Roof- comp. shingles on 1" sheeting on 2"x4"
rafters at 30" ctrs, 30" overhang.
Floor-top of existing well.
Heating-steam from central plant,
pipe radiation: 4sq.ft..
Openings-doors 16.25 sq.ft..
Electrical wireing in conduit-one outlet.
Install Worthington 2 DE-7 std.fitted Monoblock pump with 15HP 3 phase motor,with GE magnetic switch and Trumbull hand switch.
Install Fire Line-6' bury, 480 liner feet
4" cast iron pipe & fittings, N.T. 5.208.
#75 Ludlow Fire Hydrant.
Construct Hose House, Frame-4'x4'x4'4", 75 cu. ft.
250 liner feet of 2 1/2" Fire Hose.
1 2 1/2"x15" nozzle.
