I believe that this is the first grant from the Boettcher.
In today's Pueblo Chieftain:
Boettcher helps railroad
ANTONITO - The Cumbres & Toltec Scenic Railroad Commission has been granted a Boettcher Foundation three-year grant of $10,000 per year for general operating support of the commission.
The commission is trying to become less dependent on foundation grants, working with volunteers in the Friends of the Railroad and the operator, the Rio Grande Railway Preservation Corp.
