John: I also want to thank you for the up-date and want to thank you for the time & money you have invested trying to get the system up and running correctly. Communication and letting everyone (The Owners & concerned people) really do need to know what is going on. The board and the Friends are under a microscope and they need to realize that they do need to keep the owners up to date on what is going on. Once again as an individual THANK YOU for all of your effort. As a businessman I do need to say that the train started on the 27th of May and it is now July and the system has caused a lot of extra work (and expense) and unhappy customers so it is time to hire some-one to fix it or go to a manual system until it is working and has been tested and has proven itself to work. Like you I am not a programmer but I do realize that if I need brain surgery I don't hire a blacksmith I hire a brain surgeon. Once again thank you for the up-date & effort.
