WP&Y No. 195

There was a discussion recently about the condition of 195 and the possibility of restoring her to operation. I can't speak for the White Pass, here are some photo's of the current status. The one labeled, 195side, is her sitting just to the north/east of the city hall. The hall is being remolded. She sits with a couple of container flats and examples of the loads that used to travel over the pass. The jpg labeled 195backhead shows the condition of the business end of things. She would require a fare amount of work on the back end.
There are also some shots of the right and left sides of her running gear. From what I could see, there would be a large amount of work to bring the locomotive back into service, you know the saying, open up the firebox and throw money in. These photo's where taken 3 June 2000.
