Silverton Railroad aerial

I hiked about 2.5 miles along the lower end of the Silverton Railroad grade this weekend. The map below shows my GPS track along the grade. At the north end I stopped when I ran out of grade. There is a slide there and the highway probably didn't help much. I'll have to hop further north on the next trip. On the southern end I ran into a very large slide of loose rock. There is a path over it but I wasn't feeling too lucky at the time. Besides I had a goose to catch.

I'll try to add some photos along the grade as time permits.
