Tank Cars and the Oil Rack

In Carlos last week of July set of shop pictures, there is one of the Oil Rack in Chama with a flanger and an oddball bunch of cars on either side. It seems to me that, in the interest of historical accuracy, the tank cars shich I believe are in decent condition, should be there.

It would seem to me that a locomotive doing some switching could take care of this in a couple of hours, My question, what is wrong with this idea?
