RGS - Map update *LINK*

Well I've covered about 20 miles of the main plus the Telluride branch. The map starts just north of Vance Junction at about MP 37. The end is south of the Gallagher trestles at about MP 58.
One problem I'm having is trying to get the initial view so that it covers all of the mapped route. I've tried a few things but it just wants to center on the last segment that I added below Lizard Head. For now you'll have to zoom out or drag the map around to see the rest.
I added some buttons at the bottom so that you can turn on/off the markers and/or the ROW. I haven't added all of the bridge and milepost markers yet. I'm still experimenting with the wacky push-pins. Also note that when you add the ROW back into the map it does some odd zooming and re-centering. Probably related to the problem setting the initial view extents.
