Hi,
I remember some asking where they might find 85# turnout parts.
I was following a Park Trains thread for 12# rail and followed their link to Birmingham Rail and Locomotive which advertises new frogs for 60# to 140# rail and "Switch Points: custom made from new, #1 relay rail, or from customer-supplied rail; in lengths of 7'6” to 22' in either knife point or Samson point." All sorts of other items are also mentioned.
I assume this has already been tried, but I offer it just in case no one had mentioned it.
