SO WHAT IS NEW WITH CTSMC AND F.TURNER?

I am amazed at the ease a rumor can start, like the attempted one of a buried engine at Perins Peak, CO near Durango where some tenders were used as town/mine citrons. Some must be caused by the hard-of-hearing or just by the stupid.
Latest rumor has a man calling from Creston Butte, CO to Chama in order to make some short historic movie clips being told on 4/16 that the new management of the railroad had left, and they had no knowledge if trains would run this season. Later as he told this, he was told that was probably about the old management that left but insisted it was the brand new management. Why would someone answering the railroad phone in Chama say that they were not sure trains would run?
