Want your own NG railroad?

Maybe someone here can help him out. I know nothing about it, but maybe someone here does.

I have a rather unique product and do not know how to go about marketing it. I am
hoping to speak to some experts for advice.
What it is: About a mile of narrow gage rail road. All set-up. It was part of my
father's museum. He built it all back in the early 1970's and gave rides around the
property. I know back then he had trouble finding enough of the narrow gage rail to
finish his project. We had to sell out the museum after both my parents past away.
The rail road has just been sitting un- used for a number of years, and I just feel
it is a waste, plus it is something we will never operate again. We did have to
remove about 30 feet of the tract to put in a parking lot. Also I have a Hercules
locomotive with a continental four cylinder gas motor, and a couple people movers
too!
If you have any ideas on how to market this, or what a value might be I sure would
appreciate your help.
