Gov Richardson talks to Gov Owens

There was an article in the Denver Post this morning about NM Gov Richardson being in Denver to talk with CO Gov Owens.
One paragraph reads “Richardson was in Denver meeting with Gov. Bill Owens about funding issues surrounding the Cumbres & Toltec Scenic Railroad, a 64 mile steam railroad jointly owned by Colorado and New Mexico.” That paragraph was the ohly mention of the railroad.
Let’s hope something good comes out of the meeting.
