Folks,
I added 2 different absolute silent and smooth drives to my re-motoring list.
1. MMI K 27 - 37 "high grade" drive with
balanced fylwheel 1 scale mph minimum speed,
35 scale mph maximum speed
$ 99 + shipping (direct vial internat.
letter $ 10)
2. MMI K 27 - 37 "economy" drive without fylwheel
0.5 scale mph minimum speed, 22 scale mph
maximum speed
$ 85 + shipping (direct vial internat.
letter $ 10)
Both kits are easy drop in kits and require only basic tools (screwdirver, soldering iron) . Convesersion could be done in 25 minutes. The kits consist of high quality Faulhaber or Maxon coreless micromotors motors with complete pictured mountiung instructions.
The kits were tested now for 6 weeks on 2 K 27 which runs very silent and they work excellent with Soundtraxx and ESU decoders
