Mark in Fairbanks Alaska

I was out in Nome last week poking around and found a surprising number of remnants of the three foot gauge Wild Goose/Seward Peninsula railroad.
Its amazing that they even exist at all but on the other hand, Nome has all the appearances of being one big place to dump artifacts for the past hundred and six years.
I would like to add pictures of some of the stuff here but I do not know how to post them from my computer.
I can e-mail them to anybody who is interested.
