White Pass Cars in Washington

Today on a trip to Bellingham, I spotted 5 WP&YR steel arch roof coaches and one wooden coach, 220 Lake Dewey. The 5 steel cars are on trucks from what I could see and Lake Dewey was up on blocks. They are currently located about 1 mile west of I-5 on Highway 11. Where are they bound? The loop perhaps? I can't figure why Lake Dewey is down here since it is a historic car, and without trucks to boot.
