WP&Y: Last regular PSGR train into Whitehorse? *LINK*

The photos below of the WP&Y cars headed for Georgetown ignited another interesting question, at least in my mind. I would imagine that the White Pass ran regular scheduled passenger service from Skagway to Whitehorse to a relatively late date, perhaps when the Klondike Highway was completed. Does anyone have a date when that passenger service was discontinued?
The cars are indeed strange appearing, but as I recall, they were in use when I was there in 1991. Gee, I'd like to go back to Skagway. Thanks for your interesting comments and photos.
