SR&RL help

I have a few questions that I hope I can get answered.
1. #24 drawings. Do they exist and if they do where can I get them. #24 has to be one of the best looking locomotives ever built.
2. Dose anyone have diagrams of the Phillips yards and the surrounding area of the town. I would like to get a better idea of where the yard was and exactly how the tracks were set up. If no one here has them can you point me in the direction of some one/place that dose?
3(and last)The SR&RL Railroad Museum. Do they own the Phillips station and station area? Is the machine shop still there and what are the museums plans for the Philips yard if anything?
