Steam Engines and other Stuff

Evening All
I may have lead folks to beleave 111 is junk, well folks, nothing is junk, all thats needed is time and money and ANYTHING can be fixed, overhauled, whatever. Look at some of the rusted 0ld tractors, cars, boats, aircraft, whatever. It may take years but it can be done. I once rebuilt a helicopter from nothing but a couple boxs of parts and a aircraft number. Took two years, thus if the Ashbys bid on the 111 they felt it was a solid piece awaiting a bunch of TLC. I know projects that have taken years but it sure feels good when they hit a museum floor and you can say you helped save the last one around. Tell you what, if nothing more more happens it is better to see 111 in steam and not stuffed and mounted but even at that she is a heck of a lot better of than at the S&S. We will see.
