Antonito bites the dust

The "Grand Junction Daily Sentinel" had an article this morning about Antonito going bust. Apparently one of the two perlite plants shut down, and since then half of the few remaining businesses have shut down and things are so bad that the town is laying off the entire police force.
Our newspaper site doesn’t have a link to the article up yet, but I will watch for one and post it if they do.
Hope there is something left for the June and August work sessions.
